If you have ever dreamt of owning a heritage style property in a managed location, Rawlins can offer a limited number of freehold land parcels. Purchasers can choose from four existing Plantation House designs or have a bespoke dwelling designed by Kevin Horstwood.

Your property would include a landscaped Plantation Garden, all furniture and the option of rental through the hotel if desired. The Government has approved purchasers at Rawlins as eligible to gain citizenship in St Kitts.

Instead of McDonalds and designer shops it has lush rain forest and fields of sugar cane swaying in a trade wind breeze. One main road circles the whole island which you can circumnavigate in a couple of hours. There are some excellent places to eat, a world class golf course and some great boating opportunities. The only town is Basseterre with stone buildings, a small marina and ample facilities for calm and peaceful living. There are no traffic jams, no stress and no hurley burley.

The whole population of the island is only 38,000. The average temperature is 79 degrees F (25 degrees C). There is no income tax and no capital gains tax.

St. Kitts is remarkably easy to get to from the UK, there are direct flights every Saturday as well as daily flights which go via Antigua. The cost for a scheduled flight is usually around £600 return.
