The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner every day. Lunch is a Caribbean buffet with over 10 dishes, while dinner is a more formal 4 course meal of international and Caribbean dishes.

Dine on freshly caught lobster or mahi mahi from Dieppe Bay with organic vegetables and fruits from Rawlins grounds.
